How long does an order take?
Every piece is made to order at our Dubai atelier — please allow 10–14 days before dispatch.
What is the Origin Set?
A relaxed shirt and matching wide-leg trousers, cut from the same length of cloth so the two are always a true match. Available in long- and short-sleeve versions, in every colour we carry.
What fabric do you use?
Our pieces are cut and sewn from natural TENCEL™, a soft, breathable fabric well suited for year-round comfort, wherever in the world it is worn.
How do I find my size?
Each product page has a size guide with our garment measurements, under the size selector. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us on WhatsApp with your usual measurements and we'll help you choose.
Can I customise my order?
Yes — reach out on WhatsApp with your measurements or a specific colourway and we'll follow up directly. Additional cost and production time may apply.
How do I pay?
You can pay by card at checkout, or choose cash on delivery and confirm your order with us on WhatsApp.
What does delivery cost, and how long does it take?
Delivery across the UAE is a flat rate, shown at checkout, and typically takes 1–3 business days once dispatched. We'll confirm your total and delivery window on WhatsApp after checkout.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
Not yet — we currently deliver across the UAE only.
What's your returns policy?
Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns once production has started. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How do I care for my TENCEL™ piece?
Hand wash cold, or use a gentle cold machine cycle, then line dry out of direct sunlight. Avoid the tumble dryer — it can shrink and roughen the fabric over time.
